easter in therapy '25

For the month of April, the Rehab Department celebrated Easter with varies activities. We had group sessions to involve the residents with each other to increase socialization, improve standing balance, promote fine motor skills, and improve activity tolerance. The residents enjoyed working together in a group to color their Easter egg while talking with the other. 

Also, the residents had a surprise visit from Mr. Easter Bunny this month. The bunny joined the residents in their therapy session. Mr. Bunny loved doing the biceps curls to help strengthen his arms to help carry his eggs and candy baskets around the facility. The patients loved interacting and exercising with Mr. Bunny. The joy on the patients’ face was priceless as they watched the bunny dance.
