Pam Weaver 

I am the married with one daughter. I enjoy reading, working outside, spending time with my family, and being involved in Church. I love people and try to be an encouragement to others.  

Teresa Montgomery

I am the Business office manager here at Christian Care Center of Bolivar.

I have been married for 10 years to my wonderful husband.  I have two step-sons, Dusty and Griffin and my husband and I have a little girl named Sarah. I have lived in this county for 25 years and am originally from Jackson TN. I like to read when I have time and love spending time with my family.

Brother Charles Jeter

Brother Charles attended Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, Mississippi and has been serving as a Pastor since 1993 at Churches in Hardeman and Fayette counties. He currently serves at Hebron Baptist Church in Middleton, Tennessee.

His desire is to help meet spiritual and emotional needs, visiting and praying with residents, listening to their stories, leading Bible Study groups, and providing emotional support. He and his wife Cindy reside in Bolivar.

Michelle McNeal

Michelle has been employed at Christian Care Center of Bolivar since July 2021, where she found her passion for cooking for the residents. She has been in the Healthcare field for 15 years.

Michelle is a Hardeman County native, born and raised, and has been married for 10 years with 2 beautiful children and 6 beautiful grandchildren, whom she loves spending time with. Michelle has one sister that she just loves to death. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, clean, shop, and 

Angie Hill

I was born and raised in Bolivar and have been married for 26 years with 3 grown sons and 1 grandson.

I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and a nurse for 14 years, working in doctor offices, private duty, and a hospital. While spending the last 11 years in long-term care, I love being in management and getting to know the residents and their families 

I enjoy swimming, going to the beach and river, riding the boat, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Derek Holbrook

Derek serves as the Executive Director and has nine years’ experience as an Administrator in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville.

Joseph Hill

I was born and raised in Hardeman County have been married for 26 years. We have three children and one grandchild. I worked in construction most of my life and have also been an LPN for 11 years. 

I enjoy sports, hanging out with friends and family, and working with my hands and building things. I am looking forward to serving our community and keeping a safe and healthy environment for our residence. 

Gloria Cissom

I am from Walnut, MS and am married with two grown children, ten grandchildren and two dogs. I have been a nurse since 2004 and love what I do. I have worked in the long-term care setting my whole career and enjoy getting to know and care for our elder population. 

I am the MDS Coordinator which means I get to spend time getting to know our residents. I enjoy crocheting, reading and spending time with my family.

Erica Parker

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with the staff and residents.

I have been a nurse for 17 years and have worked all those years in long-term care. My goal for my career is to continue to work at Christian Care Center of Bolivar and provide the best care to the residents until my retirement.

I have been married for 16 years and we have 3 very energetic boys, Noah, Dayton and Devin. I love my family and enjoy playing basketball, golf, and football with them.
